musical thoughts

audio: El Duende

Another fantastic ninjam for your entertainment.

Personnel:
slickback: drums
jonazz: bass (sort of a lead bass)
Trib_bass: bass
tbfx: rhythm guitar
rAzzeL: mad mad keyboards
DaMNeD: guitar chords
myself: random keyboard craziness (mostly Rhodes but a couple synths)

This is slick’s favorite jam from what I understand. I like it too. This was recorded 11/13/2008. I had been playing about two and a half hours by the point this recording picks up. This is forty minutes or so of great improvised music with a lot of feeling.

the goods:

Please enjoy. 40 minutes, 60 MB.

  1. Hi,

    I didn’t know “Ninjam”, that’s a very cool concept
This one is very nice.. (although i didn’t listen to the totality).
I searched for “Rhodes” stuff on youtube which lead me on your videos and here

  2. Wow, your Rhodes sound is just great. I love it! I have a Stage 88 MkI with the suitcase preamp, but it’s in bad shape. The action is off and the sound is not even close to yours. Where did you buy yours?

    Cool grooves and compositions!
